Feature description
Extra possibilities that you can attach to your payment plans allow for creating a more diverse and attractive offer. Here are some additional options to consider:
Contract discounts / Premium pricing
Using contract discounts allows for reducing the contract prices. They can be reduced by amount, percentage, or be set to a fixed price. Premium pricing makes it possible to increase the price of the contract for a particular member. Discounts can be customized to fulfill your needs. You can for example decide in which club and applications the discounted price will be available to use, as well as the timeframe in which it can be used. Learn more.
Contract extras / Membership add-ons
You can attach additional goods and services to payment plans that will be automatically added to the newly signed contract. This allows for providing members with extra benefits, making your offer more attractive. Add-ons can be free, or available at a special, promotional price. Learn more.
Freeze types
Define the way freezing works. It can either reduce the contract payment for a particular amount of time, or make the contract completely free during that period. You can limit freeze usage on particular contracts, for example you can make it so the freezing is available only once a calendar year. It's also possible to define if the member can freeze the contract for full months, or just specific days, as well as limit the usage to particular payment plans and clubs. We recommend using different freeze settings for recurring and upfront payment plans. Learn more.
Product starter pack
You can offer free or discounted products to members during the registration process. Starter packs can include Personal Training booking products, Classes bookings products and other services. You can make starter packs only available to new members, or even add them automatically to each new contract. It's possible to define the target group of a starter pack, and make them available only on certain contracts. Learn more.
Vouchers
There are 3 types of vouchers you can use in PGM:
- Not for sale - this voucher type will be available to use right after its creation and cannot be sold via POSweb. It can also be used multiple times - you can define how many times exactly during configuration. This voucher type can be useful for collaborations with media people that will share their voucher code with their followers.
- Predefined - this voucher type can be sold on POSweb, and then used as a gift for friends and family. Keep in mind such a code is one-time use only.
- Member card - this voucher type is similar to predefined, with the exception that the voucher has to be assigned to a physical member card.
You can define the voucher's target group, to for example make the voucher only available to guests, or returning members. There are multiple benefits that can be assigned to vouchers, like creating a contract, paying for the contract, or topping up a prepaid account. Generation of voucher codes can be automatic, but you can create codes on your own. Learn more.
