Introduction
This article is designed to display the features and setting of connecting RDLC files (Report template files created by Visual Studio 2015) to contracts.
Agreement templates (Which includes contract agreements, contract cancel forms, receipts, invoices, booking confirmation letters and other templates are an additionally paid service. Please contact your customer success team member for more information about custom designs or additional templates.
Before you start
Contract Agreement Documents store the templates for the contract agreement documents and contract cancel forms.
It is recommended not to change any settings or files in this area.

Feature description
To access Contract Agreement Documents, Go to PGM->Settings->Contract agreement documents.
This will display a list of all contract agreement documents listed on the system. Listed below is what each value represents.
Name - Name of the file. In selected systems that will display this file, it will use this name as the identifier of the file, followed by the language initials.
File name - Name of the file stored on the system. This is kept in PGM->Settings->Filestore.
Type - In contract agreement documents, there are three types of files that are used with contract agreements.
- ContractAgreement - Contract agreement form which can generate at the time of contract creation or generated within PGM or POSWeb.
- ContractCancelForm - Cancellation form which can be generated within PGM and POSWeb. This will display basic contract information that can be printed out for club member to sign.
- UndefinedUserDocumentType - Custom designed file for specific purposes.

Date from / Date to - Date range when the file is active.
Language - Files can be made in different languages. This is separated by the two letter language prefix.
Edit - Ability to edit an existing Contract Agreement Document.
Delete - Delete the contract agreement document.
Deleting a document in use will cause issues with contract creation or cancellation. Please ensure you check Payment Plans and Agreements that the contract agreement document is not being used before deleting it.
Add New - Add a new document.
A valid RDLC file is required when adding a new contract agreement document.
Add new contract agreement/edit contract agreement
After pressing Add New or Edit on an existing document. The following screen will appear. This will describe each setting and how it is used.
Name - Name of the file. In selected systems that will display this file, it will use this name as the identifier of the file, followed by the language initials.
The name used in PGM->Sale->Payment Plans in the field 'Agreement template' is the file name (Listed below).

Parent Document - Used only for UndefinedUserDocumentType to link to a ContractAgreement.
Upload file - Drag and drop a valid RDLC file into this area, and press Save.
How to connect the contract agreement to the contract
To connect the contract agreement to a payment plan, go to PGM->Sale->Payment Plans.
Find the payment plan and press Edit
Select the new contract agreement document in the field 'Agreement template'
The name of the agreement template is the filename of the contract agreement.
Scroll down and press Update.
Please be careful about changing any other setting as this may affect existing contracts.
