Introduction
POSweb station is an application mainly dedicated to the Front Desk Staff. It helps provide day-to-day client assistance in your club. With the help of POSweb, club employees can create a new club member, register a guest, sell products and memberships, upgrade contracts, or manage class bookings. This will allow you to access members' profiles and view information about a particular member.
- This article shows how to search for an existing club member in the POSweb application.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, and Front Desk Staff.
Instruction
There are two ways of searching a Member profile in the POSweb application:
1. Scan the member's card using a card reader at the Front Desk - the Member profile will be displayed on the screen.
2. Enter the member’s personal information in the search box at the top right corner of the POS application and click the magnifying glass icon. The details which can be entered into the search box are:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Member ID
- Membership card ID
- Parent club
To access a member’s full profile in the POSweb application, click on the member's ID on the user profile panel on the left-hand side.
