Introduction
This article shows how to define a company for B2C clients (business-to-consumer) during their registration process in the PGM. The invoice created for the user will be associated with the company defined during the member creation.
- This article presents a detailed description of how to add a company, which will later be used on the invoice during the registration in PGM.
- This article will be helpful to the PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager, and Club Owner.
Before you start
- To use this feature, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask them to enable the ClientPortal.Registration.InvoiceDetails setting in the Back Office for your company, as this setting is disabled by default.

Instruction
In PGM, employees can select the Company for both members and guests.
Depending on which option you choose, the system will guide you through the assigned registration path for the appropriate registration flow.
1. Go to PGM -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Click on the Add member or Add guest button.
3. Add personal details, then tick the checkbox Define company to connect the company with a new member.
4. Fill in the appropriate data:
- Name - (optional) - enter the company name. When it's empty it will be completed automatically from data represented by Member Name and Member Last Name.
- Tax Identification number - (mandatory) - this field should include the identifying number used for tax purposes.
- Country – (mandatory) - enter the company address details.
- Street - (optional) - enter the company address details like street and building number.
- Postal code - (optional) - enter the company address details.
- City - (optional) - select the company address details.
- State – (optional) - select the company address details.
5. Press Next to continue the registration process.
Hints
Due to the Company definition, in the Client Portal:
- It is POSSIBLE to define the company for a new member.
- It is NOT POSSIBLE to define the company for a new guest.
