Instruction
How to link Family members in the PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Create a Parent member
This will be the person who pays for the contracts and, most likely, is the guardian of the family. You can use this article to learn how to add a member in the PGM.
3. Add the desired Packet to their account.
At this stage, it is crucial to maintain the correct order of steps. Otherwise, it will not work.
4. Create a Guest who, in practical terms, will be the child (or spouse).
5. Create the relationship between the Parent member and the Child.
6. Add the Packet element to the Child's account.
7. Choose the Member, as the Child has already been registered in the PGM.
8. If your Packet <-> Packet element structure is configured as Parent <-> Child relationship, click on the Child button in the Relationship type.
9. Search for your Packet element.
How to end relation between Linked members?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select the Parent or the Spouse payer from the Members list and open their Profile.
3. Enter the Data tab.
4. Click Linked members and end the relation.
Mind that ending the relation is usually done when cancelling the contract of the payer. However, cancelling the contract itself will not cause the relation to end. It will just cause the contract and benefits resulting from it not being available anymore for any of the Family members linked.
Hints
Check the relationship in the Client Portal
After logging in to the Client Portal, both profiles are available under one account, which means that our members can process further edits on their own.
