Introduction
This is an overview of the Communication tab within the Member Profile. This view contains the communication history with each club member, including automatic notifications and newsletters sent manually by the club or through the system.

Feature description
- To access the Communication tab in Member Profile, go to PGM-> Clients-> Clients-> Club Members.
- Use the search function to find the club member and click the club member to open their profile.
- Click on the Communication tab.
Number in brackets indicates the total number of automatic notifications and manual newsletters sent to this member.
You can filter the contents by using the following filters:
- Type - displays the results depending on the source of communication. It shows the channel through which the notification was sent (for example: Email, SMS, Push, Post, Phone, Meeting, Task, Reception). By clicking on the grey box above, you can select one or more sources of communication and filter the results to this value.
- Subject - displays the results based on the topic of communication selected during the process of creating a notification. It can shortly explain what was the notification about. In the grey box above, you can type the selected words and check if there are any subjects that match your needs.
- Consultant - displays the results depending on the creator of communication. It shows which employee or what functionality was responsible for sending the selected communication (for example: Newsletter, Automation, Employee). In the grey box above you can select an available consultant and filter results to this value.
- Date - displays the results depending on the date and time of the communication. The results are presented from newest to oldest but you can also display the results that were created between selected dates using the grey field visible above the results.
- Status - displays the status of the Notification or Newsletter.
- Statuses of Automatic Notifications can be: New, Delivery Failure or Sent.
- Status of Newsletters is only one: Sent. Newsletters which were cancelled or are in progress will not be displayed here.
Hints
Click on the orange text in the subject section to display the content of the notification or newsletter. You will also find the option to download the file to your device by clicking the Download as PDF button.
