Introduction
This article describes the options you have when displaying Contract agreements and User agreements applying to every club member and guest, regardless of their contract having expired. It means these options refer to all current agreements and every expired agreement which members have ever given their consent to.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Before you start
To be able to edit consent on agreements you need the right system permission assigned to your role.
Instruction
You can find this tab in PGM -> Clients -> Club members -> Member Profile -> Data -> Agreements.
- Change All Agreements - this toggle switches all agreements.
Remember that you have to click Save button after changing agreements.
- YES/NO - this toggle allows you to change consent to an individual agreement. If such an agreement does not have Visible selected in the PGM system, it will still be visible in this tab, however it will be disabled and you will not be able to edit it here.

- Save - click this button to save changes you made on the agreements.
You will be able to save changes only if you accept all required agreements.
