Introduction
Now, a new member and guest profiles support Preferred Language field in the Perfect Gym Manager. This field enables picking a language in which all communication will be sent. For more information on member and guest registration process, go to this article.

Here is where you can find this field:
- PGM -> Clients -> Club Members -> Add member:
Firstly, when sending message we check Member's / Guest's Preferred language. If there exist template with such language then notification is sent. Otherwise company language will be used.
You can check whether a given template is available in:
- Automation Center -> Automation Rules;
- Edit a given Automation Rule.
During automation rule edition you can see all email templates in Notification Content section:
If you would like support a new language for this Automation Rule, you can just add new template in a new language with translated message. Naturally, this also valid during a new Automation Rule creation.
Hint
There is a relation with Preferred Language field and language used in Client Portal. If the language used in Client Portal is changed by a member or a guest then Preferred Language field will also be changed to the language selected by the user.
