Introduction
Time Table is this part of the system where you can add your Classes to. It allows you to plan in which club the Class will take place, which club zone will it be and what time will it happen. Here, you can also define the Class duration and assign an Employee to conduct the Class.
- From this article, you will learn how to create a Time Table in the PGM, how to view details of a selected Class by using filters, and how to download and print the created schedule.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Club Owner and Fitness Manager.
Before you start
Make sure the configuration of club zones, class type and class category have already been done in the PGM.

Also, make sure that all your Fitness Instructors have their Employee position and Activity category properly assigned in the system.

Instruction
How to create Time Table?
1. Go to the PGM -> Classes -> Classes -> Time table.
2. An empty Time Table will be displayed. In the top of the screen, you will find several Filters. Filter the club where you want to assign the Classes to.
3. There are two possibilities to add Classes to the Time Table:
- In the Calendar, click on the date when the classes should take place, (automatic class setting window will pop up).
- Alternatively, you can click on the Add Classes button in the right upper corner.
3. Fill in all necessary data
- Classes - select the Class you want to configure from the predefined list.

Repeat - decide how often the Classes should repeat: One time, Every week, Every two weeks, Every four weeks, Every month.
- Class occurs on - tick checkboxes next to week days when the Class should take place.
- Repeat until date - tick this checkbox if you want to add the end date to the Class period.
E.g. You want to create Yoga Classes taking place every Tuesday and you want it to last until the end of the year. Then, in the Repeat field - select Every week, in Class occurs on - tick Tue, and in Repeat until date - from the calendar, select the last day of the year

Beginning - select the Class start date from the calendar and enter the exact Class start time.

Duration - select the Class duration time from the predefined list.
Event details
- Club - select the club the Class will take place in.
- Club zone - select the Zone the Class will be in.
- Employee - select the Fitness Instructor to conduct the Class.
- Class target - optional - enter the number of attendances needed to reach in a given class for this class to be viable.
- Cost - optional - add the amount of the Class cost.
- User limit - decide how many members will be able to book Classes.
- Max number of guests - decide how many guests will be able to book Classes.
E.g. if you enter 10 in User limit and 5 in Max number of guests, then 15 persons in total will be able to book the Class. Also, if 10 members have already booked the Class and another member would want to join, he/she will not be allowed, because the limit is set to 10 members only + 5 guests

Colour - select the colour the Class will have in the Time Table in the PGM and on POSweb.

Description - add the Class description.

Streaming link - if you want to stream online Classes, here you can enter the URL. To learn more on how to create Streaming Classes, go to this article.

Reservation is not required - tick this checkbox if you want to enable participation in the Class without booking.

Allow book a seat number - tick this checkbox if you want to enable Class attendees to book a specific place in the Class. To learn more on how to configure book a seat option, go to this article.
4. Click on the Save button.
Hints
How to use filters?
If you want a single Class to be displayed with details, use the following filters:
- Club - filter classes by Club,
- Employee - filter classes by instructor,
- Classes - filter by class type,
- Club Zones - filter classes by club zone,
Important: It is possible to combine filters or apply one filter at a time or even use a very specific one. Go to '...'. You can choose Class Type, Skill level, Age, Vacancies, Start of classes, or even a specific Member.
How to change the period of time view?
You may use different views, according to which period of time you are interested in. Go to the quick menu in the right upper corner of the page. Choose between:
- Day - a day view of classes in the selected club,
- Week - a week view of classes in the selected club,
- Month - a month view of classes in the selected club,
- Zones - a zone view of classes in the selected club on the selected day
Important: If there are several zones in your club, add a "master" (parent) zone and relate it to other zones. This will enable for an overall time table view for all zones altogether (go to Clubs -> Zones).
How to change the date view?
You can select the date by using the menu in the upper left corner of the page.
How to download or print the schedule?
The printing schedule button allows you to transform the schedule view into an easily printable PDF format.
How to change the view to business hours?
You can switch between the 24-hour view of the schedule and a business hours view. Remember, that business hours are defined individually per club in the Club details. See this article for more information.
