Introduction
In PerfectGym Access Rules are responsible for allowing members to enter different clubs in your chain. By default, they will not be able to book classes in different clubs via the Client Portal. This article explains how to change the configuration, so members can enter different clubs using a product. After enabling this setting, the system will automatically recommend products that will allow members to enter different locations.

How to enable a setting to allow members to book classes and enter other clubs with a product
This setting will allow your clients to book classes in other clubs by recommending a product to the member. This then allows them to pay for the booking in the Client Portal.
To enable this setting:
1. Go to the PGM -> Settings -> System Settings -> Bookings -> Class Bookings
2. Tick the checkbox Allow to book with product at other club.
3. Click Save Changes.
Thanks to this configuration, if the user attempts to book a class in a club different than the one in their membership on the Client Portal, the system will automatically recommend a one-time booking product, which will extend the access rules to allow the particular user to enroll into classes in clubs different than the one they have in their membership.
