Membership is the most powerful and important word when it comes to the management of the club.
In PGM, ‘membership’ stands for access rules, payment plans, add-ons, contract discounts, and freeze types. You can ask yourself a question: is it all? Nothing could be further from the truth.
Every club member would like to have a possibility to freeze, cancel or transfer their membership. PGM enables for all of these. Your members can freeze their memberships, your employees can cancel memberships, transfer the members between clubs, make a cession to a new or existing member, perform a manual transaction, or renew their contract.
Modification of a contract allows you to change the contract start and end dates. It is also possible to change a related payment plan in case your client changed their mind and wants to upgrade their current payment plan. The system will recalculate and save the changes.
The freeze option is very convenient for people who, for many reasons such as medical, holiday, injury, work, or study abroad cannot participate in classes and want to suspend their membership. Their commitment period can be extended, or they can pay less for the period of absence.
It is also possible the cancel the membership and the system will recalculate the member’s contract.
When your member wants to cede their contract to another person (new client or existing member) PGM offers this function as well.
