Feature Description
How do CRM2 and PGM Member Profile work together?
CRM2 works as a supplement to the Member Profile in the PGM, which means that the CRM2 features are integrated into the Member Profile. Lead profile is also based on the same interface, except it displays less information. Lead data is seamlessly passed to Member Profile when converted.
Where to find the CRM2 data in the Member Profile?
1. Go the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Select a member from the list and open their Profile.
3. In the second row of the Member Profile, you will find the following CRM data:
- Events
- Tasks
- Opportunities
