Introduction
To enable a consultant to use the CRM module and assign events during their work, it is necessary to add their availability to the calendar.
In PGM, consultants can add events to their calendars. They can add future events - during this process, the system checks if the consultant is available at that time. If they want to schedule a future event and the consultant's availability is not confirmed, the system will not allow them to schedule events. Another option is to add a past event. During this process, the system won’t check the consultant’s availability.

Before you start
Article Consultants describes how to set up an employee as a consultant and enable them to appear in the CRM module.
Please make sure that below permissions are switched on for chosen system role in CRM section:

Instruction
To get to the Consultants Availability calendar go to CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultant Availability Calendar. Here you can manage the availability of consultants responsible for CRM events in your club.
- Tooltip - informs what kind of information you will find in this tab.
By clicking on the tooltip you will see the information about this feature.
This feature is available from the R.92 system version.
- Clubs - you can filter the view of the calendar by selecting the appropriate club.
- Consultant - you can filter the calendar view by selecting the appropriate consultant.

To add consultant availability follow these steps:
1. Go to CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultant Availability Calendar tab and click on Add Schedule button.
2. A pop-up window will be displayed.
3. Fill in all fields and click Save button.
Occurrence - Select the frequency of the bookings.
- Single - one-off availability.
- Weekly - this will create availability on a weekly schedule.
- Bi-Weekly - this will create availability on a bi-weekly schedule, this will recur from the week of the duration start date.
Availability days - select the days the consultant will be available on.
Ends on - select the end date until which the consultant will be available.
4. Click Save to insert changes.
To update consultant availability follow these steps:
1. Go to PGM -> CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultant Availability Calendar tab and click on the coloured area that accords the availability you wish to change.
2. A pop-up window will be displayed with the consultant availability edition.
3. Change appropriate data and click Save to insert changes.
4. To remove consultant availability, you need to follow the same steps as for editing availability and in the last step click on Remove consultant slot.
