Introduction
CRM is a dedicated tool for the Sales Team. It not only simplifies the sales process but also helps your employees manage sales operations more efficiently. Since CRM is designed for the Sales Team, all employees using this tool should be set as consultants to access its full features.

Before you start
Before adding a consultant to CRM, you need to create their employee profile. You can find more information in this article (CRM is an additional subscription, find out more here).
To enable the consultants calendar module, contact the Technical Support Team to enable the setting: Crm2.IsConsultantModuleEnabled.
Instruction
To get to the Consultants Calendar tab go to PGM -> CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultants. Here you can find a list of all consultants responsible for CRM events.

This feature is available from the R.92 system version.

ID - identification number of the consultant.

First Name - consultant's first name.

Last Name - consultant's surname.

Email - consultant's email address.

Phone nr Mobile - consultant's contact number

Actions - enables the possibility to remove an employee from the consultants' list.
To assign an employee to a CRM consultant group, follow these steps:
1. Go to PGM -> CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultants tab and click on Set Employee As Consultant button.
2. A pop-up window will be displayed.
3. Select an employee to become a consultant and click the Save button.
To remove an employee from CRM consultant group, follow these steps:
1. Go to CRM -> Consultants Calendar -> Consultants tab and click the Remove button related to the consultant you want to remove.
2. Confirm your wish to remove the employee from the consultant group.
