Feature description
There are a few ways you can see business metrics in CRM2:
- Dashboard - shows overall CRM metrics
- List view filters - you can filter e.g. Leads, Events or Tasks in order to see volumes for specific business cases
- Data export - you can export data on e.g. Leads, Events or Tasks separately to build more complex metrics in a spreadsheet
Dashboard
The dashboard consists of 3 tabs:
- My Dashboard - shows consultant's own metrics for Leads and Opportunities
- Leads - shows overall lead metrics and funnel
- Opportunities - shows overall opportunity metrics and funnel

List view filters
You can filter different list views to receive a number of records meeting your search criteria.
Data export
You can export all or just filtered records from the list view.
