Before you start
Mobile check-in must be set up first, otherwise the "check-in" tile will not be visible on the mobile app dashboard. Contact the PerfectGym Support Team and ask them to enable this functionality for you.
Feature description
How Mobile Check-in via QR code works?
It works as follows: a member - app user - goes to the club, opens the app and generates the QR code for themselves or their family member by tapping on the Mobile Check-in button and selecting the club. Then, they scan the QR code at turnstiles - QR reader is then required on the club entrance, or at the reception desk - also, QR reader required here - and are allowed to enter the club.
By default, the code is valid for 900 seconds. If you would like to change this setting, use the Get Support tool and ask to make the change for you.
Optionally, when configured so, the users can use the QR code to scan at POSweb to identify themselves, i.e. to associate POS sales with that specific user.
If, for some reasons, the code cannot be generated, an error message or an emergency code will be displayed on the mobile - you can read more on that later on, in the instruction part.

How to generate and use the QR code for a single member?
The users can generate QR-code which can be used to enter the club by clicking on the 'Mobile Check-in' tile on the dashboard.
This opens a screen with club list.
On this screen, the user can choose a club they want to enter. Clicking on club redirects to the screen with the QR code.
On this screen user see generated code. By clicking on QR code (1) the member can generate a new one.
How QR code generation for family members work?
In case of generating QR codes for family members, icons with their names will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on a given family member (2), the user can generate a QR code for them.
QR code generated for a family member is shown on the bottom sheet. A new QR code can be generated by clicking on the QR code image. Bottom sheet can be hidden either by clicking on the blue 'x' icon in the top-right corner, or by swiping down on the upper edge.
Emergency code
When there is no internet connection, the application generates a so called 'offline QR code' which allows the user to enter the club without checking contracts, debts and other conditions.
