Introduction
Ability to permanently delete an account in the Mobile application is a basic functionality, by default required by the mobile application stores from any application they offer. If you no longer want to use the PG GO2 mobile application, you might want also to permanently delete your account in the app.
Mind that by deleting the account, all data about booking history and achievements in the mobile app will be lost.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Club Owner and any other person using PG GO2 mobile application.
Instruction
How to delete Account from Mobile App?
1. Open the PG GO2 mobile app and log in with your credentials.
2. Enter the Profile tab.
3. Tap Remove mobile app account.
4. A pop-up window will be displayed with an information and two actions to choose from: Delete account and Cancel.
5. If you tap Delete account - mobile application will send an email with Delete account confirmation link and display the screen with information about sent email and button Go back to profile.
- If you tap Close - mobile application will close the pop-up window.
- If you tap Go back to profile - mobile application will redirect you to the Profile (if it still exists).
6. The email with an detailed information and the Delete account confirmation link will be sent to the email address, which was used for mobile app account creation.
The confirmation link will be active only for 48 hours.If you DO NOT click on the confirmation link within 48 hours after having received it, the account in the Mobile app will not be deleted.
7. Having clicked on the Delete account confirmation link, a pop-up window will be displayed with two buttons Yes, delete and No, go back.
8. Selecting Yes, delete will permanently delete the Account from the mobile app.
Hints
Deleting the account from the mobile app DOES NOT result in deleting user's data from the club database.
The controller of the member's personal data is the club.
