Introduction
From this article, you will learn how to log into the Perfect Gym GO2 White Label mobile application. This process allows you to enter the app and benefit from the full scope of its features.
Mind that the White Label app allows for logging in only the users with Client Portal 2 account. Make sure you have one! If the Client Portal 2 account will not be found, the application displays a notification and the login process will be automatically interrupted.

Before you start
Download the White Label app from the store, then find it using your company name.
Instruction
Online Club Joining
It is possible to use the online club joining option via White Label app if your company's policy allows it.
1. Open the app.
2. Click on the Join button.
The app will redirect you to the Client Portal 2, to the registration page. Here, you enter your email and set up the Password, which you would use when logging into the mobile app.
3. After successful registration in the Client Portal, you can use your credentials to log into the White Label app.
Log into the White Label mobile app
1. Open the app.
2. Click Login.
To enable registration process, please contract Perfect Gym Support Team via Get Support.
3. Enter the email address that was used in Client Portal.
It will be used to match with the Client Portal 2 account.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the Password.
It has to be the same Password that was used in Client Portal.
6. Click Login now.
At this step, the app verifies if such an e-mail exists in the club. If not, an error message will be displayed.
- If the Password was correct, tap Start now! and you will go to the dashboard.
- If the email address exists in Client Portal, but the Password has not been previously set, the notification and field for password setting will be displayed.
- Enter your Password and tap Set Password.
- If the email address does not exist in Client Portal, the application will show error message and block the access.
Password reset
Users can also reset the password by tapping Forgot password? after entering their email in the login view.
You can modify your email reset message template. In order to do so, please contact the Perfect Gym Support Team via Get Support.
Log out
Users can log out from the app by going to the bottom of the Profile section.
Registration and login with Facebook
This feature was disabled in February 2022.
Members using this method need only to reset their Passwords.
- While logging into the app, enter the email associated with your Facebook account and tap Forgot password?
- Tap Send and follow the instructions in the email to create the Password.
Email change
In case of changing member email in PGM couple of things can happen:
- If member has registered this email in one and only one company and is using only WL application then email is updated in profile screen
- If member has registered this email in couple companies mobile app account is disconnected.
