Introduction
Discovery module in the PerfectGym GO Mobile App allows club members/guests to search for the clubs on the map and to check their details. If your club members/guests open the mobile app, and enter the "About" tab, they will be able to find your club name with a brief description, contact details, social media links, number and type of available equipment, pictures, number of people present, classes and trainers. This article shows how to set up Club details, so that the club was visible on the Map and on the Club list.

Instruction
How to set up Club details?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clubs -> Clubs -> List of Clubs and select the club from the list.
2. Click on three dots next to the "Edit" button and select Club info from the menu displayed.
3. Fill in or edit: e-mail, phone number, address, club's latitude and longitude and click on Save to confirm changes.
If you prefer that one of your clubs was not visible, click on "Club hidden for gym members".
4. To add more information, go back to the List of clubs. Click on the pencil icon to edit the existing data, or on the Insert button to add new position and add:
- Contact information - club name and description,
- Social media channels - type (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and URL. Please use format: https://www.fb.com/ for proper redirection from app,
- Equipment - type (i.e. treadmill, stepper, indoor rovers) and quantities
- Facilities - i.e. wi-fi available in your club, parking, sauna or towel service.
5. To add opening hours, go to the List of clubs, click on three dots next to the "Edit" button and select Opening hours from the menu displayed. Fill in all necessary data.
5. To add pictures or images, go to the List of clubs, click on three dots next to the "Edit" button and select Club gallery from the menu displayed. Add pictures or images and confirm with the Tick icon on the left.
This data will be visible in the "Contact" tab in the mobile app.
6. To add classes offered by your club, go to the PGM -> Classes -> List of classes. Here, you will find more information on classes creation.
This information will be visible in the "Classes" tab in the mobile app.
7. To add Trainers and Instructors, go to the PGM -> Clubs -> Employees. To make this information visible on the mobile app, you need to fill in the system role, position and to assign club to a certain Trainer. Here, you will find a detailed instruction on how to do it.
