How to create Payment Plan with Auto-Cancel on Debt?

Introduction

This article will show you how to create Payment Plan, which will allow for auto-cancellation if a club member is in debt. The procedure consists of three key steps: 

1. Creating Payment plan
2. Turning on the task
3. Contacting the Perfect Gym Support Team to activate the auto-cancellation option for your club.

Instruction 

STEP 1

Creating new Payment plan

1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Memberships -> Payment plans

2. Click on the Add new payment plan button.  

3. Choose the Cancel on debt plan type. 

Important: If you don't see the Cancel on debt plan type, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team. 

STEP 2

Turning on the auto-cancellation option for your club.
