Introduction
This article will show you how to create Payment Plan, which will allow for auto-cancellation if a club member is in debt. The procedure consists of three key steps:
- Creating Payment plan
- Turning on the task
- Contacting the Perfect Gym Support Team to activate the auto-cancellation option for your club.
This article is for advanced PGM system users only!

Instruction
STEP 1
Creating new Payment plan
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Memberships -> Payment plans
2. Click on the Add new payment plan button.
3. Choose the Cancel on debt plan type.
Important: If you don't see the Cancel on debt plan type, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team.
STEP 2
Turning on the auto-cancellation option for your club.
