Introduction
This troubleshooting article will show you what to do when you want to book Classes in the PGM, and you see a pop-up notification saying: User has no product which allows booking.
- This article will demonstrate steps you can take to resolve the case, when Classes cannot be booked by a club member, because there is no Product which allows such a booking to be made.
- This article is dedicated for advanced PGM users. It will be helpful for PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager and Club Owner.
Case resolution
1. The most important is to open the Member's list in the PGM and find the Product that allows booking the Classes a member wants to join.
2 This pop-up is always visible when Classes are marked as Paid and the club member didn't buy any Product that allows booking the Classes.
3. If your club member already has the Product that allows booking the Classes, but you still can see this pop-up message, go to the Product configuration. Check if current set up allows for Class booking and if the Product is connected to the Classes that you want to book.
- Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Product.
- Select the Product from the Products list by clicking on the blue pencil icon.
- Check the Service type field configuration. Make sure the Classes in Related time table Events field have been set up identically to the Class Category in the PGM -> Classes -> Class Types.

Additionally, there is an option which can be turned on by the Support Team allowing your club members to buy the Product during booking, even if they don't have such a Product. If you would like to use this option, inform the Support Team about it in your correspondence.
