Introduction
To improve club members' engagement and motivate to visit the clubs regularly, a new metric called "Perfect Score" has been introduced. It's a measure of user's physical activity based on their club visit statistics.
Perfect Score is available for PG mobile app version 1.12.0 onward.
Feature description
Perfect Score is calculated based on the number of member's visits to the club.
Remember that Perfect Score will count one visit per day at most. Second visit to the club within the same day, will not be taken into account.
One visit to the club gives 25 points to a member.
After collecting 100 points in the month, the user will complete the goal and he/she will be promoted to a higher rank.
On higher ranks, the user would need to reach 100 points within 3 moths in a row, to get promoted.
There is an opportunity to add the redirection to the URL with the description of the campaign/awards/etc. ("Check the awards" button). You should contact Perfect Gym Support, to insert your URL.
The score is visible on the application's dashboard and can be tapped for more details and an explanation.
If in a month, the user will not reach 100 points, in the last week of the month, he/she will see the message informing that he/she will be transferred to a lower rank if no action would be taken.
Hints
In the future versions, rankings based on the score, allowing club members to compete for first place will be introduced.
