Introduction
This article will show you how to add a new payment source, i.e. bank account, to the Member profile. This article also explains how to assign that payment source to a Contract. It would be useful when the club member decides to add or change the method of payment for the Contract. In case of adding a credit card, you may also like to see this article.

Instruction
How to add new Payment source in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Select the member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Click on the Data tab.
4. Click on the Payment sources tab.
5. Choose the payment method: Bank cards, Direct debit, Company invoice, or Virtual account by clicking on the "+" button next to the chosen payment method.
Add the Company invoice data, if the club member's contract is financed by a company. In this case, you can add the information on that member's relations - whether he/she is an Employee or a Companion.
6. Fill in all necessary information: account number, address, postal code and city.
7. Click on the Save button.
If you want to delete an outdated payment source, click on the trash icon in the right-upper corner.
How to assign an existing payment source to contract in PGM?
This feature is available from R. 84 system version only!
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Select the member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Click on the Data tab.
4. Click on the Payment sources tab.
5. Choose from the existing payment methods: Bank cards, Direct debit, Company invoice, or Virtual account and click on the Assign to contracts button in the top-right corner of the menu.
6. Select contracts that will be associated with this payment method
7. Click on the Save button.
After successful registration, new payment source will be available and assigned to the Contract, if any selected.
Hints
In case of a new member, you can also send them an email with a registration link by clicking on the Send registration link to member button.
Option is available from version R85
This option will work only if a member has provided their email address. To avoid spam, you can send only one message with registration link within 24 hours.
