Introduction
This article will help you create Tags in the PGM. You can do it in three different ways. This article demonstrates how to do it.
A tag is a short piece of information or comment created automatically and assigned to the club members depending on their tastes, preferences, behaviour, or the information recorded in their contracts. Tags have been created to help you manage your club members. They will be visible in the user's profile in the POSweb. If you are interested in adding Client Tags on POSweb, check this article

Before you start
You can choose tags from the pre-defined tag list automatically created in the PGM. However, if you want to learn how to define your own Tags, go to the PGM -> Settings -> Dictionaries. You may also find this article useful in defining your own tags: Dictionaries.
Instruction
How to add Tags in PGM?
1. To manually add, or change a tag, go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Select the member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Go to the Data tab.
4. Click on the Edit button.
Note, that the naming of pop-up windows might differ, depending on whether you edit Guest or Member data!
5. A pop-up window Edit member will be displayed. Proceed to the last section by clicking Next until you find the Set photo window. Here, you will find the Tags option.
6. Add your Tags by selecting the right one from a predefined list.
7. Click on the Save button to confirm your choice.
How to Add/Remove tags to multiple members in PGM?
1. To manually add or change a tag, go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select a club member and tick the checkbox next to them. You can add the same Tag to multiple members by ticking the checkboxes next to various members.
3. In the Add/Remove tags window, select the appropriate Operation type, i.e. Add.
4. Tick the checkbox next to the Tag you want to use.
5. Click on the Save button.
How to add Tag in PGM?
1. To manually add or change a tag, go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select a club member and tick the checkbox next to them. Click on the three dots icon on the right and select Tag from the menu.
3. Click on the appropriate Tag.
4. Click on the Save button.
Hints
Remember, you can always modify and add your tags in the Dictionaries.
You are able to find tags in these reports:
- All Contract
- New Contracts
- Membership Statistic
or set an automatic event to add the special Tag (choose a type of notifications: Tag).
