Introduction
This article describes how to change Membership Fee value on Payment Plan without affecting the fee value for previous months.

Before you start
Make sure your system role has access to this part of the system before setting it up. If you cannot find Employee skills in the Club tab menu, make sure your system role has the correct system permissions.
Instruction
How to change the Membership Fee?
- Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Payment Plan
- Select the existing Payment Plan or create a new one.
- Click on the calendar icon next to the Membership Fee option.
- Click on Add new element
- Fill in all necessary fields and accept by clicking on the button on the left.
- Click on the Save button to save the Payment Plan.
- Click on Confirm with recalculation button.
Hints
Recalculation is only needed if you edit an existing Payment plan with members attached.
If you cannot Confirm with recalculation, i.e. due to too many users to recalculate, click on Confirm without recalculating and contact the Perfect Gym Support Team.
