Introduction
In case you would like to allow your club members to enter the club after purchasing a Product, this article will help you to configure this feature within the PGM system. From the business point of view, such a configuration is an alternative to offering Upfront Payment Plan with Limited Visits. You can decide which solution fits best with your club sales strategy and business model.

Before you start
Make sure your role has access to this part of the system. If you cannot find the Employee Skills within the Club tab menu, set up the proper system permission for your role. Check if you don't miss any of the System administration -> Employees permissions.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Product
2. Click on the Add new product button.
3. In the Products window, fill in the following fields:
New products
- Name - enter the name of the Product.
- Store state for user - tick this checkbox to be able to monitor the number of club entrances.
- Sell price (default) - enter the price for a given Product and select if it is gross or net value.
- Vat - select the tax rate.
- Product is start package - (optional) tick this checkbox if you want to give your members possibility to purchase this Product during the registration process.

Auto assign starter package if available - tick this checkbox if you want to automatically assign the Product to a new Contract.

Add starter package only to the new member - tick this checkbox if you want to give the possibility of Product purchase only to new club members.

- Select Service.

- Select Club Entrance.
You can also add limits with the following scope:
- Usage Time - choose this option if you want to limit the period of Product usage. You can define the time after which the entrance to the club will expire.
- Club zone access - choose this option if you want to limit the entrance to a specific zone within your club.
- Time Access - chose this option if you want limit the time frame of club entrance.
- Related time table Events - chose this option if you want to grant entrance to specific Classes.
Clubs
Decide in which clubs the Product should be available for purchase.
Available for
Decide in which modules the Product should be available for purchase.
4. Click on the Insert button to save the changes.
