Introduction
In the PGM system, you can create Product Bundles, which means combining two or more products or products and services into one. This one combined product will have one price displayed on the receipt. This way, you can keep better control over your club stocks. Your club members can also get Product Bundles at a special price, which results from the quantity discount. You can easily control how many products are left on the Member Profile and monitor the Product Sales report.
- This article will show you how to create a Product Bundle in PGM.
- It will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager and Club Owner.

How to create a Product Bundle?
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Products
2. Click on the Add new product button.
3. In the new pop-up window select Bundle type and click Next to continue.
4. Fill in appropriate fields:
New products
- Name - create a name for the product, this field must be unique. It will be, visible on a receipt, POSweb, in relevant reports, and in other applications.

Category - assign the Bundle to a category. This will enable product grouping and quicker POSweb product panel management, as well as for selected reports.
To add a new category click Add category button.
To modify a category, go to PGM -> Sale -> Product Categories.
- Description - create a longer description for the product. It will be displayed in the Client Portal and PG GO mobile app.
- Service type - if you want to create the Bundle that is a Service, e.g. Personal Training, select the relevant service type - Personal Training.
- Units - select the unit of measurement.
Bundle
- Sell as individual products - turning on this option, enables you to set the price for individual products from the list. All items will be displayed separately on the receipt with different VAT rates
- Add another good or service - click to add a product to the bundle.
Select the Product from the list and add its Quantity. If the Bundle should contain two or more different Products, repeat this process until you add all the Products to the Bundle.
Merging existing bundles into a new Bundle is not possible.
Price&Taxes
- List price - this is the default price of the Bundle.
This field won't be visible if Sell as individual products is turned ON.
If you wish to have different product prices per club, Go to PGM -> Clubs -> List of clubs press the ●●●, and select Club Product Price Lists.

GROSS/NET - select if the tax is included or not in the sell price.
- GROSS - tax included in price.
- NET - tax is NOT included in the price and will be added at the time of sale.
- VAT - select from the dropdown list a fixed tax. This is used for regions where a single tax rate is applied to a product.
GTU CODE is used only in Poland if you want to enable it go to PGM -> Settings -> System settings -> /settings/structure/Product/Common and tick the checkbox under /settings/setting.Product.Configuration.GtuCode.IsVisible. This setting is available from R.92 system version onwards.
- Clubs – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the clubs where you want to make the product available.
- Applications – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the apps in which you want to make the product available.
- Select all future clubs - if you want the product to be available in future clubs click the checkbox next to it or leave it blank.

Available for - select who can buy the product.
- Everyone - any club member or guest can buy the product.
- Members with an active contract - only club members with an active contract can buy the productIf a member is on freeze or not started, they will not be able to buy the product
- Specific payment plans - same as 'For members with active contract', but only for selected payment plans where the club member has an active contract.
- During registration - product only available during the registration process - used with Starter product.
- Specific Tags - select Client Tags. Learn more.
- Users without contracts - only guests can buy this product.
- Store State - this will show the number of products available to use for your clients.
- Product is a contract starter pack - if this is turned on, then the product can be used as a starter pack.
- Product can be purchased only one time – if this is turned on, then the product cannot be used more than one time on the same member account.
- Set product expiration date – if this is turned on, then you have to set the expiration date of the product
If you want to set a time for the product to be used by the client.
- Product with Access to specified zones – if it’s turned on, you can allow your members to access the zone, they don’t have access to, also time-limited access possibility will appear so you can decide about time limitation, time spent in changing room, additional fee for time overrun, etc.
5. Click on Add to insert the changes.
