Introduction
In case of adding a new member to the system, or cancelling a member's Contract, you need to create a new Contract document. The PGM system gives you this possibility through the Member Profile. Accessing it, you can download both, the Contract Agreement and Contract Cancellation form, filled in with the member's data saved in the system.

How to generate Contract documents?
- Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club Members.
- Select the Member profile from the members list.
- Click on the Contracts tab.
- Click on the More icon.
- Select Contract documents from the menu.
- A new window will be displayed. Here, you can choose between Contract agreement and Cancellation form.
- Click on the chosen form to download it to your computer.
Remember to check the accuracy of all data in the Contract document. In case of any error, change the data in the PGM system and repeat the Contract document generation process.
