Introduction
In this article, you will find information on how to buy a Product in the Client Portal application via the Shop tab.
The Shop tab provides intuitive and user friendly way of Product purchase in the Client Portal. It allows to enter two independent tabs: Buy now and My purchases.

How to buy a Product in the Client Portal?
- Log into the Client Portal.
- Click on the Shop tab in the main navigation bar.
- Here, you can enter two different tabs: Buy now and My purchases.
- Buy now - click on it to buy a new Product and go through the entire purchasing process.
- My purchases - click on it to check which Products you have already purchased.
How to organize products by Product Catalog tool?
1. Product Catalog a way of organizing products and a way to show them to the end-user. Products are combined in a tree-like structure. We are able to create a category that has a list of products and other subcategories. The sort order is defined by the configuration. You will find more about this option here.
2. Customers can also disable view of product catalog by using the Show product catalog switch. In this case, all the products will be visible in the list view:
How to buy products by using voucher code?
You can offer Discount codes to your customers in the form of Vouchers on selected products/services in Client Portal. Read more on how to use Vouchers here.
Hints
If the Product catalog is configured and added to the Client Portal, there will be no possibility to disable the Show product catalog option.
The number of the products available under a chosen catalog is hard-coded. There is no possibility to change this setup.
