Introduction
This article will help you to understand, how to add your bookings to external calendars.
We support Outlook, iCal or Google calendars.
Sometimes your customers may like to have their class bookings in their private calendars instead of logging into the Client Portal or Mobile Application to follow up on their exercise scheduling.
Before you start
Make sure that the customer has active access to the Client Portal as it requires a Guest or Member account with e-mail in Perfect Gym Manager as well as she/ he may book classes in both applications.
Instruction
After you have already booked your exercises and filled in your booking calendar with classes (My bookings Tab or Classes),
1. Go to the Client Portal -> My bookings -> Add to my calendar
2. Choose the button and follow the steps:
3. Copy the link (URL address) or click Copy icon,
4. Go to your calendar app and find the subscription option and adding the calendar From URL option (below the example from Calendar Google):
5. Paste the link and refresh, the bookings from your calendar will import to your Calendar.
Hints
- The calendar will not refresh with the new bookings, as it works as an import from the system,
- You will see the bookings from every application used for create a new bookings,
- This is the fixed feature, there is no possibility to hide this option.
