Introduction
This is a guide for how to add Contract extras [Membership add-ons] to a Payment plan and to add them on to all active Contracts.
Before you start
Ensure you have the Contract extras [Membership add-on] already created, this is done in PGM->Sale->Contract extras [Membership add-ons].
This process will recalculate all contracts attached to the payment plan, if any edit was done to the payment plan without a recalculation to the contracts, these edits will appear on the contract as well.
Instruction
1. Go to PGM -> Sale -> Membership -> Payment plans.
2. Using the filters, find the Payment plan you wish to add the Contract extras [Membership add-ons] to.
3. Click on the pencil icon next to the payment plan name.
4. Scroll down until you see the Contract extras [Membership add-on] drop-down box.
5. Select the Contract extras [Membership add-ons] you wish to add to this Payment plan.
You may be able to tick multiple Contract extras [Membership add-ons].
6. Scroll down to bottom of page and press Update.
7. The screen will move to the top of the page with the current Payment plan all greyed-out.
8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
9. This will display all the contracts which will be affected by this calculation.
10. Press Confirm update with recalculate x contracts in background to start the recalculation.
NOTE: If any other part of the payment plan was edited, a recalculation will also change all contracts with this new edit.
Hints
Depending on the number of contracts is that needs recalculation, this task may take some time to do.
