Introduction
Creating a custom members list is a new feature available in the PGM system. Thanks to it, club employees will be able to create separate members lists according to various parameters, including filters and visible to particular employee roles.
- This article will show you how to manage members lists, create a new custom list, or a private list.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager, Front Desk Staff, Accountant and Club Owner.
Before you start
Make sure your employee permissions allow you to modify User List Definitions.
Instruction
How do I add a new customized Member list?
- Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club Members.
- Click on the three dots icon on the right, next to Everyone - the default members list view. A new window will be displayed.
- Click on the Add new custom list button.
- Enter the new list name.
- Click on the Add column button. A new column will appear. Click on ? to unwrap predefined categories and select one of them. You can add columns you would like to see on the Club Members list (max 10).
To reorder the columns, use the ꓥ ꓦ arrows on the right side.
6. Click on Add filter button and select the filters at your convenience.
Mind that the information you want to use for filtering has to be present in the system. I.e. when filtering by Country, your members have to have the Country data filled in on their profiles. Otherwise, the system will return error.
7. A new column will appear. Click on ? to unwrap predefined categories and create rules you want to filter your members by.
8. Select an appropriate list visibility by selecting:
- Private
- For selected roles
- Visible for all
- Hidden
You can choose a private mode and create a special list visible only to you and tailored only to your needs.
9. Click on the Save button.
10. Click on the Close button to finish the process.

If you want to edit a predefined list, click on the Edit button on the right side of the chosen list, select an adequate setting and accept changes by clicking on the Save button.
