Introduction
This is an overview of the Activity tab within the Member Profile.
You will find this article useful when learning from a scratch about the Member Profile in the PGM system. Also, you can refer to this article if you have any questions on a particular feature in the Activity tab in Member Profile.

Feature description
- To access the Activity tab in Member Profile, go to PGM-> Clients-> Clients-> Club Members.
- Use the search function to find the club member and click the club member to open their profile
- Click on the Activity Tab.
Show Deleted - Shows all visits where it was deleted. These deleted visits are highlighted in Red.
You can make these actions in the main Activity tab page:
- Annual Statement - Display a graph and chart on when the member has visited the club.

Add Visit - Manually add a visit to the member profile.
- Add in the Entrance Date and Time, and what time they Exit from the club.
- Press Save to add this visit into the club.
Next, you can enter these three sub-tabs:
Access Control
Access Control tab displays all times the member has visited the club and details connected to the actions taken.
Date - Displays date and time of entry.
Type - Displays how the member entered the club.
- CardScan – Scan in via POSWeb.
- CardScanInClub – Scan in by using a reader that is not directly connected to POSWeb.
Entrance – Displays if accepted or rejected in club with card scans, or how long they were in club with visits
- How long the club member was in the club - you will see i.e. 1h
- Card Scan was rejected - you will see the X icon
- Card scan accepted - you will see the tick icon
Club Name – Which club the member was scanned in.
Selecting More Info on a club scan will display more information on about that scan.
To delete a visit, press ●●● and select Delete.
2. Bookings
Bookings tab displays every class booking this member made with details.
You can use filters to display results by date range and by the club where the booking takes place.
Start date - displays the start date and hour of the class booked
Zone name – displays the club name and its zone where the class takes or took place.
Event name - displays the name of the activity
Employee – shows the name of the trainer responsible for the session.
Type - the category of the event in the Perfect Gym system. You can filter by:
SingleClass: A single class booking.
RecurringClass: A class booking that is part of a recurring series (booked on POS).
GroupClass: A group class booking (often related to courses).
PersonalTraining: A single personal training session.
RecurringPersonalTraining: A recurring series of personal training sessions.
FacilityBooking: A single facility booking (e.g., a court).
RecurringFacilityBooking: A recurring facility booking.
Presence - if you see a tick, it means that this member was in class. Otherwise, the member was absent
Booking source - identifies the channel through which the activity was booked.
Status - displays the class status: ended, cancelled, or future.
Make-up product
The Booking tab includes additional information related to the use and assignment of make-up products, particularly for bookings related to recurring events.

When an event was booked with a make-up product:

An additional icon is displayed. This icon signifies both that the make-up product was given to the user and that it was used to book this specific event.

When an event was cancelled and a make-up product was given:
When an event (such as a recurring personal training session or facility booking) was cancelled and resulted in a make-up product being assigned to the user, you will find additional information.
This includes the exact cancel date (day, date, hour of cancellation) and the cancel source.

The system will clearly state that a make-up product was assigned due to cancellation.

When a class event was cancelled:

Similar to the above, if a class event was cancelled, information is added, including the exact cancel date (day, date, hour of cancellation) and the cancel source.

Use the filter options, especially Type, to quickly isolate recurring bookings. This is where you will most often find detailed information regarding make-up product assignments and usage due to cancellations.
3. Levels and Skills
To use Levels and Skills, first make sure you have configured Skills for member's Activity levels. Check this article to learn how to do it. Next, configure Skill progression. You will find instructions in this article.
Skills - the name of the skill
Skill progress - you will see the Level the member is currently on per a given Skill
See history - displays the detailed history of Skills and Levels of a given member
If you want to change the member's Level or Skills, click on the Change button, pick a new adequate Level or/and Skills and accept changes by clicking on the Save button.
