Introduction
This article will help you configure Discounts for your club members considered as VIPs. They might be frequent visitors, club members of honour or just friends, depending on your club policy.
The process consists of these three steps:
- Adding a Tag to Member Profile.
- Configuring the Product Discount based on that Tag.
- Using the Product Discount on POSweb.
- This article shows how to add Discounts for VIP club members.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Sales and Marketing Manager, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Instruction
1. Add a Tag to indicate the member's VIP status. You will use this Tag afterwards to configure the Discount.
Check this article to make sure you know how to add the Tag to Member Profile. Remember to name your Tag distinctively, i.e. VIP member.
You can add the same Tag to multiple members by ticking the checkboxes next to the chosen names.
2. Configure the Product Discount based on this particular Tag.
Check this article to make sure you know how to set up the Product Discount.
Make sure you select the following options on the Product Discount page:

Tag limitation - after ticking this checkbox, a new Limit for Member tags tab will be displayed next to the Product in Discount tab. To set this parameter, go to the Limit for Member tags tab. This option allows you to limit Product Discount only to members with the specific Client Tags.
- Limit for Member tags - click on the Plus icon on the right and select the Tag from the predefined list. To confirm your choice, click Insert.
3. Start using the Product Discount on POSweb.
