Introduction
This article is to show you how to make the best out of the Members list by using its additional features:
- adding/removing Tags,
- adding/removing Notes,
- creating Custom and Private lists.
Instruction
How to add or remove Tags and Notes?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Club members
2. Tick the checkboxes by the club members you want to assign a Tag to.
3. Click on the Tag button on top of the list.
4. Select the type of action you want to take and indicate the tag you want to use.

Members list management
This feature gives you the opportunity to display exactly the data that is crucial for you at any given time. You can add columns and filters out of very wide selection. There are four default lists you can view after clicking the arrow on top of the list.
However, you can add as many custom lists as you want. Simply click on three dots next to the arrow and the orange "Add new custom list" on the pop-up window.
