Introduction
With the POSweb application, you can make different types of transactions, i.e. contract transactions, product sale or top up a prepaid account.
- This article will show you how to sell products on the POSweb application.

Before you start
Make sure you are familiar with the payment options that are available in POSweb. Go to this article for more information.
Instruction
1. Open the POSweb application and select a member you want to sell the product to.
2. Go to the POS tab.
3. Select the Product you want to sell, i.e. Protein bar.
4. Choose a payment method, for example, Credit card.
5. Click on the Commit button.
If your payment terminal is integrated with the PGM system, the amount will be automatically displayed on the device.
Cash Rounding (AUS/NZ only)
Within POSWeb, your cash transaction total can be rounded to match the nearest currency denomination (For Example: Aus rounding to the nearest 5c, NZ rounding to the nearest 10c). This feature works based on your country's policy defined by Perfect Gym when a new company is created. To enable this setting for your site, please reach out to the support team via the get support module to enable the setting PosWeb.CashPayment.IsAmountRounded to true.
- When the first transaction is completed in POS that needs rounding, this will automatically create a product 'cash rounding'. This product will need to be mapped to an account. For detailed information on mapping payment plans, please refer to the following guide here.
Troubleshooting
If you can't change the Warehouse in the POSweb configuration page, it means that the POS station endpoint has NOT been assigned correctly. Go to this article to see how it's done.
