Introduction
There may be times where a club member cannot gain access to a class, listed below are the most common reasons why.

There may be issues with a club member not being able to book a class, listed below are the error messages and how to resolve them.
- Current debit is $0.00. Allowable debit is $0.00, can't use X payment amount - The member has reached their allowable debit amount.
- For members with contracts - Go to their payment plan in PGM->Sale->Payment plans or click on the name of the contract in the club member profile in contracts tab, and check the allowable debit field. This needs to

- Booking blocked for user - The club member has a block on their account due to missed classes or the block manually added.
- To remove this block, go to club Member profile main page, press orange dots next to “Creating new bookings blocked”
- Booking in zone not allowed
- Check if System Settings->Bookings->Class Booking Limits->Membership Restrictions->Use Zone Restrictions is ticked
- Booking with debit not allowed
- Check if System Settings->Bookings->Class Booking Limits->General Restrictions->Is debit not allowed is ticked
- Booking without active contract not allowed
- Check if System Settings->Bookings->Class Booking Limits->Contract Restrictions->Is no contract allowed is ticked
- Daily booking limit reached - The club member has reached the limit on how many classes they can book in one day.
- Check quantity in System Settings->Bookings->Class Booking Limits->Daily limits->Daily booking limit
- Global booking limit exceeded - The club member has reached the limit on how many classes they can book in advance.
- Check quantity in System Settings->Bookings->Class Booking Limits->Basic limits->Class booking limit. If using limits set in PGM->Classes->Class Categories, this will override system setting.
- Guest user booking limit reached
- Check the capacity of the class - guest limit
- It is not allowed to book multiple events per day at the same time
- Club member has currently booked another class at the same time.
- Not meeting age requirements
- In PGM->Classes->Class Types an age group is attached to class, in PGM->Classes->Age limits validation rules is ticked.
- Not meeting skill requirements
- In PGM->Classes->Class Types. Activity category and level is attached to class, in PGM->Classes->Activity Categories validation is ticked on the category.
- Standby list limit reached - Standby capacity of class has exceeded capacity.
- Unfortunately, your membership does not allow booking for this class - Selected memberships and access rules may not allow class booking.
- User booking limit reached - Club member has reached the amount of bookings they can do.
- User has no product which allows booking - Club member requires a product (bookingevent) to book the class, they do not have one on their profile.
- You are trying to book this class too early - There is a window on when a club member can book into the class.
- This is set up in System Settings->Bookings->Class booking->Max hours to book in advance (Members) / (Guest)
- You are trying to book this class too late - There is a window on when a club member can book into the class as bookings have closed X time before class starts.
- This is set up in System Settings->Bookings->Class booking->Max time after event start to lock booking
- Your membership does not allow to book classes in those hours - The club member is trying to book a class which is outside the hours set in the access rule.
