Introduction
This will guide you through the setup of adding a penalty fee to a class, please read this guide carefully.
Before you start
You will need a penalty fee product set up prior to adding this to a class type, for more information have a look at the guide here.
It is recommended to create a new class with the penalty fee added to the class.
Do not modify an existing class that has been used on the timetable. What happens is that the penalty fee will be added to all existing club members who missed a class, regardless of when they missed a class.
Instruction
If you have not already created a product for the penalty fee, please create one first using this guide.
Create a new class type in PGM->Classes->Class types. More information can be found in this guide.
In Penalty product, make sure you attach the product to the new class.
The name of the class needs to be unique, however the translation of the class does not have to be unique. It is recommended to add information in the description that this class has a penalty fee attached.
To replace an existing class with a new class
Go to PGM->Class->Timetable
Find the class you are looking to replace and press on the event, select Edit Class.
If you want to do this for a future class, please find the class on that date.
Change the Class to the new class, tick Save for all future occurrences and press Save.
