Introduction
This article is to guide you on the process of adding the rating system to all Classes in the Client Portal. This rating will be displayed in future classes.
Instruction
The Settings area of Client Portal are in PGM, and settings changes here will affect all clubs of your site. None of these settings can be set to work on a single club and not affect the others.
To access Class rating configuration, go to the PGM-> Settings-> System Settings.
To access class ratings, go to Client Portal-> Rating
Tick the Class rating button, as this will turn on the feature to use class ratings.
Then, Enable class ratings in any of the applications you wish people will rate the class in.
- Client Portal – External website:

- Tablet Mode – Internal website:
- YOUR-SITE.Perfectgym.com.au/clientportal2/?mode=tablet
- Kiosk Mode – Internal website, only for kiosks:
- YOUR-SITE.Perfectgym.com.au/clientportal2/?mode=kiosk
Rating a class
After a club member has been marked attended for the class, they can go into the My bookings tab and select a star rating for that class.
This will bring up the following option to rate the class.
