Introduction
This guide will take you through the settings on activating stand by listings for classes. This feature will apply to all classes.
If you run groups/courses with single classes and do not want the groups/courses using standby lists, please contact support to get this part disabled.
Before you start
Standby lists is a list where if the class is overbooked, then the club members will join this list and wait till a spot becomes available.
The first person on the standby list will automatically be entered into the class when a spot becomes free.
Instruction
To access the settings for client portal, go to PGM->Settings->System Settings.
To access class ratings, go to General Settings->Bookings->Standby list
In Standby list limit change the quantity here to the maximum amount of members you want on standby list. If the quantity is 0, then standby list will not activate.
This will apply to all classes, you will not be able to have a variable limit per class.
Automation Centre
It is recommended to create automation centre rules to let your club members know that they have booked into a class. More information on the set up can be found here.
The rules which need to be set up is as follows:
- User has been added to a standby list
- User has been added to a class from standby list
- User has been removed from standby list
