Introduction
If you manage multiple clubs and you want to ensure that your members have access only to clubs they signed up for, this article is meant to help you to configure access rules in a correct way.
Before you start
First of all, you need to make sure that your clubs and zones are configured correctly. Please take a look at the linked articles.
Instruction
1. Set up your access rules: go to the PGM -> Sale -> Access rules.
2. Click on the Add new set of rules in the top-left corner.
3. This window will pop up:
Hints
- We recommend naming the set in a way that informs you what kind of rules apply to this set, i.e: One club only.
- The penalty fee field gives you an option to apply a penalty which can be used e.g.: in case when a member leaves the club after allowed hours. If you don't know it yet, you can read about the configuration of penalty in this article.
4. When the set of rules is defined, configure rules for each club. You will need as many rules as many clubs.
5. Click on the Show rules button next to the name of your set.
6. Click on the Add new access rule - the orange button in the pop-up window.
7. The following window will pop up:
Again, make sure the "description" tells you what the rule is about.
8. In the Parent club field, indicate the club the rule adheres to.
9. In the Allowed clubs field, choose the same club.
Hints
- If your zones are configured correctly, you can also indicate specific zones the rule applies to in the box below.
- The Time table will allow you to define available hours on each week day. You can do it simply by navigating with courses over the table. If you want to remove a slot, do it simply by clicking on it again.
10. Click on the Save button.
You will need to repeat this sequence for every single club, as long as you want to have same rule for each club.

The rule can be modified in multiple ways, i.e.: if you want to add another club to be accessible for your members, then simply add it to the rule.
You can also create another rule, which you will attach to specific payment plan which you offer to your members.
