Introduction
This article explains how to create a new product to sell on POSWeb that prints a QR code for single-club entry.

Before you start
To use this feature, please contact support, as a new receipt template will need to be added to your site.
Your access control must also be able to scan QR codes. Please check your hardware configuration.
Your POS terminal must be set to print at least one copy of the receipt. Reprinting a receipt will not produce the QR codes.
Instruction
How to create the product
To reach the products area in PerfectGym and set up or maintain products, go to PGM->Sale->Products.
Click Add product, a list of options will appear. Select Services to create a new product. If you want to create a similar product based on an existing one and make only minor changes, select Clone existing product.
This opens a new screen where you can enter the required details.
- Name - Enter a name for the product. This field must be unique.
- Category - Assign the product/service to a product category. To add or modify a category, go to PGM->Sale->Product Categories. Categories are used for certain reporting purposes.
- Description - Enter a longer description of the product.
- Units - This product must be set to Piece (Each).

Service type - Select QrCodeClubEntrance as the service type.
Note: If this option is not available on your site, please contact support using the Get Support module.
Price & taxes

List price (Default) - The default price of the product.
To set different price lists per club, go to PGM->Clubs->List of clubs, press the ●●● and select Club Product Price Lists.- Gross - Tax is included in the price.
- Net - Tax is not included in the price and is added at the time of sale.
- Allow price modification on POS - If this is ticked, an employee processing the sale on POSWeb can manually override the price. If unticked, the employee cannot override the price.
- VAT/GST - Select a fixed tax from the drop-down list. Use this for regions where a single tax bracket applies to a product.
- Other taxes - If your region uses multiple tax brackets, select the applicable taxes here.
- Cost - The cost price of the product, used for reporting purposes only. This is only visible when the product type Service is selected.
Availability
Clubs - Select the clubs where this product can be sold or used.
Applications - Do not tick any of the applications here; this product can only be sold through POSWeb.
Select all future clubs - Tick this checkbox if you want the product to be available in all your future clubs.
Available for - QRCodeClubEntrance only works with Sale without a club member on POSWeb. Set the option to Users without contract.
On POSWeb, the panels for the QRCodeClubEntrance product appear only for members who do not have a contract, including anonymous entries. For members with a contract, the product is not visible.
Settings & limits
Store State for User - For a QR club entry product, this must be ticked.
Product with access to specified zone - Select which club zone the product can be used in.
Press Add to continue.
How to use QR code club entrance in POSWeb
The QR club entrance product can only be used with the Sale without a club member feature. Press this icon first.
Based on the setting Available for - for users without contract, the POS buttons for QR code entry are displayed. Sell the product as you would any normal product.
A QR code is printed on the receipt for each QR code club entrance product sold.
