Introduction
This article shows how the club members can rate their favourite Classes in the Client Portal. This feature can be helpful in establishing the most valuable Classes in the Club and depicting their business potential.
Before you start
This option has to be set up first in the PGM system. Make sure it has been already done. If you need any help, read this article How to enable Class Rating on Client Portal?
Feature description
Rating Classes
After a club member has been marked present in the Class, they can go into the My bookings tab and select a star rating for that class on the right side.
If the Club Member was absent, the following message will be displayed: "Member did not attend this class" and rating will be unavailable.
When the club member is about to enroll to the next class, the ratings is already out there, enabling them to select from the most favourite classes.
Hints
Remember that the classes (booking events) can be rated one time only! Once done, the rating cannot be further edited. However, new ratings could be added when booking other class of the same type.
The rating will be shown next to each class and the rate for each type of classes will be counted as a means of ratings of all bookings. This way, i.e., the rates of 3 stars and 5 stars added for two classes, will give 4 stars average rate for this type of classes.
How to use class ratings for your business?
By encouraging the club members to rate the classes, the Client Portal can be perceived by the club members as a useful and easily personalized tool.
Additionally, you may use the Class rating feature to check what types of classes are the most popular and liked, taking into account not only the number of votes, but also the scale of rating. It will give you an additional insight on the club members' needs and opinions.
You may easily find the votes and results of each class in the Studio report (PGM -> Reports ->Studio, tab Studio and StudioByEmployee) and use data for:
- Review of the most liked classes to analyse the preferences of your members and rethink your Time Table.
- Review the ratings of the trainers, to see how members rated their classes and who among your Team is the most popular instructor.
