Introduction
The option to end contracts in the Client Portal can be enabled in Settings in the PGM system. As a result of this action, club members will be able to terminate contracts by themselves. It is recommended to add custom Cancellation Reasons so that you know the most popular reasons for which your club members decide to cancel their contracts.

Before you start
In order to enable this feature check your position`s system permissions. If you want to know how to set up employee positions, roles and permissions in PGM go to this article.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Settings -> System settings.
2. In general settings find Client Portal and click on Contracts.
3. Search for Ending contract and tick Feature enabled in Client Portal.
4. Now, your club members can cancel their Contracts in the Client Portal themselves.
Cancelling Contracts option is available for Payment Plans without a Commitment date, according to the Cancellation period. You can change those settings in the Payment Plan configuration.

If you wish to track contract cancellations performed in the Client Portal, then you can check Sales, Cancellations, No-Sales report and filer it out selecting 'Online Registration' in Consultant employee column.
