Introduction
This article will help you configure the PerfectGym system to enable card issuing option in KIOSK.
Before you start
You should have basic knowledge how products and payment plans generally work. This article only complements general configuration for KIOSK card dispenser devices. This configuration is only available with specific devices. You can check which devices are supported in this article.
Instruction / Feature description
STEP 1. How to enable card member option?
1. Go to PGM -> Settings -> System settings
2. Find a section with Client Portal -> KIOSK configuration
3. Select Allow issuing a lost member card
STEP 2. How to configure Card product?
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Products.
2. Click Add products button
3. Select Services as a type and click Next
4. Select MemberCard as Service type and NormalCard as Card type
5. Fill in necessary fields like price and VAT.
6. In the Availability section select KIOSK for Applications and clubs for which this product should be available.
7. Check Store state option so the system knows if a card has already been issued. You can also add product as starter pack, so every new member that registers at home can pick up their card at KIOSK whenever they have a possibility.
Card product is not required during registration via KIOSK. If card dispenser is configured on KIOSK's POS station, then it will issue new card after every successfull registration. Card product is mandatory to issue card in "Contract Details" tab when member is already logged in. This is option for users who have lost their card and would like to issue new one.
8. Click Add.
STEP 3. How to configure a Payment Plan to issue Membership Card via KIOSK?
1. Go to PGM -> Sale -> Payment plans
2. Add new payment plan or edit existing one. Configure according to you needs.
3. In order to be able to issue new card from KIOSK, go to Settings
4. In "Member card" field select previously created product. This option will be only visible when there is at least one MemberCard product configured.
5. Save configuration.
Now whenever member logins into Client Portal via KIOSK new button is visible in Contract Details tab that allows to issue new card. If member does not have card product and tries to issue new card, payment flow will be triggered first to pay for product.
