Introduction
Client Portal is an additional subscription in the PerfectGym ecosystem. It's a web based application for members and guests. They can use it to browse the club's offer, purchase payment plans and products, as well as manage their profiles.

Feature description
Members and guests have multiple options available to them on their profile in the Client Portal.
Book tab
In the book tab, your clients can book activities you make available in the Client Portal. On the calendar view, they'll be able to use filters to find the most suitable activities for them. There are 4 types of activities that can be booked:
- Classes,
- Personal Trainings,
- Courses,
- Facility Booking.

My Bookings tab
In the My Bookings your clients can view and manage bookings scheduled in the future, as well as rate past activities. There is also the possibility of adding scheduled bookings to the client's personal calendar, like the Google Calendar.
Shop tab
The shop tab allows your clients to browse and purchase items and services in your club. They can pay using an onlinepaymentgateway, or make debit transactions that can be later settled in the club.
Club occupancy tab
Your clients can easily check how many people are in each club in the chain at a given time.
Account tab
This is the tab that your clients will use to manage their accounts and data. This tab is split into many smaller sub-tabs. These are:
- Edit profile
Your clients will see their Member number, personal information and photo, contact information, phone and email, as well as additional questionnaires that you can configure beforehand. There is also company information, which can used for issuing invoices. The Edit Profile sub-tab is also the place where your clients can change their password.
You can decide which fields clients can edit by themselves, and which fields require employees to make changes.
- Contract details
In this sub-tab clients can see their ongoing contract, as well as any contract extras they currently have. They can upgrade, freeze, or cancel the contract straight from the Client Portal, but you decide if these options will be possible to perform.
- Agreements
Agreements are most commonly specified during profile creation, but if your members want to adjust their agreements they can do so at any time from this sub-tab.
- Prepaid account
Here your clients can see their prepaid account balance, as well as deposit money into the account. This money can be later used to make purchases in the club.
- Payments
Here your clients can see all past settlements, as well as pay for any transactions scheduled in the future.
- Payment settings
Here clients can choose their default payment method, as well as add new ones. Remember, that clients can have multiple payment methods active at any time.
- My purchases
In this sub-tab, your clients will be able to see all products that they've bought, as well as the quantity of items that they have left to use. Below, there is a list of already used and expired products. It's possible to go straight to the shop from this sub-tab by pressing Buy a product.
- Skills
Here your clients will see their and their family member's skills and proficiency level. This screen in the Client Portal is in view mode only. Clients won't be able to change their skills but rather see their level, progress, and activity history.
