Introduction
This guide will show the steps on connecting an Epson printer driver as a receipt printer.
The models of Epson printers which are compatible with PerfectGym includes:
- EPSON TM-T20
- EPSON TM-T20II
- EPSON TM-T82
- EPSON TM-T82II
- EPSON TM-T82IIIL
- EPSON TM-T82III
- EPSON TM-T88V
- EPSON TM-T88VI
Before you start
- Install the Epson printer drivers from the Epson website.
- Connect the printer to the computer using the USB port.
- If connecting a cash drawer/box, connect this to the RJ11 port of the Epson Printer.
If this printer is going onto a Network, it must be installed as a local printer driver with a shared ethernet connection. Google chrome and POSWeb will only view local printer drivers.

Printing and cutting settings
Once the drivers are connected, go to the printer properties, this is found in Settings or Control Panel of Windows.
Select Printers & Scanners from the side bar, select the printer driver and press Manage.
Select Printing Preferences from the side bar.
Go back to POSweb and click on Settings.
From Receipt printer column, select Epson printer.
