What should I do if my card printer is not working
- Check if there is a connection to the computer, disconnect the device from the computer and connect it back.
- Check if the device is turned on. If it is, disconnect it from the power socket, then reconnect it.
- Check the printer's visibility. Open Windows Bluetooth & devices, then go to Printers & scanners and check if the printer is shown there.
- Check if the device appears in Device Manager with an exclamation mark icon, if so, update its drivers by right-clicking and selecting "Update Drivers".
- Check if you can print a test page.
- Check the POS settings to ensure the correct printer name is selected in the Card Printer Name field.
- Check in PGM -> Settings -> Filestore to see if the UserCard.rdlc file is visible.
- Check the CardPrinter.log located in C:\ProgramData\Creadhoc\PerfectGym\Logs\DeviceIntegrator\YYYY-MM-DD for more detailed information.
