Instruction
What should I do if my Signature reader is not working?
- Check if the signature reader is connected with the computer. Disconnect the device from the computer and reconnect it.
- Check Device Manager to see if the device appears in Universal Serial Bus Controllers as STU-430 or STU-500.
- Check the POS settings and make sure that the SignatureReader checkbox is ticked.
- Check if the wgssSTU.dll file is installed. Open Command Prompt with administrator privileges and enter the following commands in order:
cd C:\Program Files\PerfectGym\DeviceIntegrator\Wacom\x64regsvr32.exe wgssSTU.dllcd C:\Program Files\PerfectGym\DeviceIntegrator\Wacom\x86regsvr32.exe wgssSTU.dll
- Check if your Contract Agreement template in Filestore includes a field for signature.
- Check Devices.log located in
C:\ProgramData\Creadhoc\PerfectGym\Logs\DeviceIntegrator\YYYY-MM-DDfor more detailed information.
