Instruction
- Check if the terminal is powered on. If it is, disconnect the device and then reconnect it.
- Check that the terminal's IP address is in the same subnet as the PC with the POS station.
If you don't know how to check the IP address, please contact the terminal supplier, as it varies by the terminal's model.
